All developer toolkits, Next.js SaaS boilerplates, and custom middleware products purchased or downloaded from Pathvex are licensed to you under specific terms. Single-use licenses allow deployment on one production domain unless multi-site licensing is explicitly purchased.
The code, layouts, neon particle graphics, interactive frameworks, design tokens, brand markings, and website graphics are proprietary assets owned by Pathvex Digital Solutions. Unauthorized redistribution, cloning, or white-label resale of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our external portals (Client, Admin, Staff) are configured for secure coordination. You are responsible for preserving credentials confidentiality. Any activity conducted under your account remains your sole legal responsibility.
Pathvex provides tools and consultancy on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system deployment, API latency, or service interruptions.
